We are a Unit engaged in the Manufacture of Ultrafiltration Hollow Fibres & Modules at Chennai. Our Unit is headed by Mr S V Davey, Mechanical Engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and with a work experience of more than three decades. He is supported by a team of Engineering Professionals in Design and Production and Aftersales Support.
About Us"THE WAY" ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANES
The Way Hollow fibers are indigenously manufactured through Phase Inversion Technology, from materials such as PVDF, PES & PS with special constituents and through Automatic Spinning Plant to suit various applications.The Ultrafiltration Membranes are to be used as Crossflow Membranes with Out to In Flow. Hollow Fibres manufactured are of 100KD MWCO – though other sizes of 67, 50 and 20KD can also be supplied on request. The Ultrafiltration Membrane Fibers are encapsulated in PVC Housing with Adhesives on Ends.Ultrafiltration membranes are widely used for reduction of TSS / Turbidity / Microbes and also used as Pre-filtration in Reverse Osmosis Systems for lowering SDI.
