The group started its operation in the year 1982 in the name and style of INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL SUPPLIERS (I.C.S.) under the stewardship of Mr. V.N. Sharma (Mentor). Over a period of time Mr.V.N. Sharma has spread his wings and established associated companies having interest in bulk trading and manufacturing of various chemicals finding their use in paper, water treatment, textiles, leather, pharmaceutical, engineering and food processing industries. With branches all over South the group has expanded its activities resulting in steady annual growth. In the later years the group started importing paper & Water Treatment Chemicals from China, Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand. The group has acquired Godown places at prime locations to match International Standards.

Manufacturing Division has been the major technical re?haul leading to huge involvement of financial cost and much better R&D facility. Simultaneously a Green Belt has also been developed much more than the expectation of the Pollution Control Board. With the Certification of ISO 9001:2008 by the TUV India Certification Body for both trading and manufacturing, a facility is being developed at Coimbatore (Central Hub of Paper Mills) to give 24 x 7 just in time service to all our valued customers. In the year 2011 all our branches have been computerized and linked to Corporate Office for better governance and easier operations.
