r. Tharp founded EDI in 1975 and continues to provide guidance in corporate management activities, international marketing and sales. Mr. Tharp’s experience includes all phases of the design, construction, and operation of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment plants. During his career, Mr. Tharp has authored numerous publications and obtained patents for products and systems used in the environmental field. Mr. Tharp’s formal educational achievements include a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and an MS degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
