Consultancy and Assessing
Initially we start with consulting the clients on the nature and scope of the project they have in mind. Following the detailed discussions, we concentrate on getting the clearances and approval from the concerned authorities like Water Board, Electricity Board and Environment and Pollution Control Board.

Design and Layout 
The next step is having a structured layout in place. At SMC, we believe in traditional methodology and take the help of vaasthu consultations to make sure the desired industrial structure is in harmony with nature. We also take technical consultations from the experts in the field of Effluent Treatment Plant using Reverse Osmosis technology. The consultations with architects and structural engineers also take place. Once the background research is done, the layouts and drafts are finalized.

Project Execution
The project execution begins in full swing in the next stage. The raw materials are procured and kept at material holding bays so that no shortage occurs. The transport of materials to the site of construction is taken care of by SMC's own vehicles. The landscaping begins in earnest as the next step. The network of LS/SS C-B machineries like Compressors, Batching Units etc.. ensure that the works get done in a systematic and speedier manner. We also use readymade RC solutions to complete the project faster.

Erection and Commissioning
The erection and commissioning is taken care of by technologically upgraded and latest equipments. Since we implement time saving measures at each step of the operation, we are able to achieve the shortest turn around time for any given project.
