PVM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 as a trading house.
In August 1997, it started with a Shearing/ Cutting Unit from Switzerland of Vollenweider make, for dry processing of knitted fabric on job work basis. Since then, we have come a long way and undertaken major expansions, by adding various other fabric process facilities, like Stenter, Raising, Compaction, Dyeing and Fabric Printing on all kinds of knitted fabrics.
A modern, well-engineered plant for Stentering, Raising and Shearing was set up in 2001, and Dyeing and Printing Plant was introduced in 2005-06, keeping in mind the present limitations of the fabric processing industry of Ludhiana.
A modern water pollution control unit (ETP) was also set up at the same time, to ensure the release of adequately treated water from the factory premises, which is in compliance with PPCB (Punjab Pollution Control Board) standards and International Standards for Pollution Control. The effluents are being treated with primary physiological effluent treatment plant, leading to biological plant for final discharge.
All in all, the entire unit has been set up with top-of-the-line infrastructure and imported machines from Fong’s, Vollenweider, Xetma, Heliot, DataColor (USA) and the likes.
The unit is audited and is in compliance with the requirements of various leading players nationally as well as internationally, like Adidas, Reebok, Levis, TCP, Tesco, Mothercare, Walmart, Madura Garments, Lee & Fung, John Players etc., and also for a few local brands like Proline, Steven Berry and Neva.
The use of state-of-the-art technology, premium quality dyes and chemicals, adequate staff, experienced managers in their respective fields, round-the clock technical assistance, consistent and high quality product, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction – all these aspects are the key factors that have helped us establish long-term relationships with our clients.
According to us, a right mix of the following points is what helps us to achieve what is best suited to our clients. A top quality product needs to go various check-points at all levels – sampling, production, infrastructure, labor welfare, preventive measures etc.
Right Technology (Machinery and Infrastructure)
We at PVM, believe in providing our customers with the best quality standards, adhered to, across the world. We aim at providing an end product, which is superior in terms of quality and passes all international testing standards, such as Washing Fastness, Dry and Wet rub tests for color fastness, Light Fastness, Shrinkage percent etc., and all other specific requirements as per the customers.
