Our Pioneer Prof. K.R.Shukla is highly qualified & experienced engineer in the field of design & development of Heat-Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Storage tanks, & other special purpose equipment for various industries.

He is a qualified engineer having done his B.E.(Mech) in 1956, B.E.(Elect.) in 1957 and has done M.Tech. (Production Group) from Indian Institute & Technology (Bombay) and has undergone practical Training in Automatic controls at U.S.S.R. for 2 years in 1961-63

He has wide engineering experience of 52 years in various fields. He was a Professor in Mech. Engineering upto 1974. He then shifted to M/s. Kelvinator of India Ltd, Faridabad as senior Development engineer, where he gained in-depth experience of refrigeration & Air – Conditioning equipment. He then joined M/s. Banco Products (India) Ltd, Baroda as Manager (R & D) where he gained indepth experience of design & manufacture of Radiators, finned-type Air Coolers, Oil Coolers etc. He later joined M/s. Ingersoll Rand (India) Ltd, Ahmedabad, as Manager (Engineering) where he was responsible for design & engineering of Air & Process gas compressors including Inter-Coolers, After-Coolers Air Dryers, Air-Receivers etc. He resigned at M/s. Ingersoll Rand to start his own company M/s. Prodev Manufacturing Company at Baroda.
Mr. DHARMENDRA K. SHUKLA (B.E.Mech) son of our pioneer joined the company in 1987, and since then he looks after entire production. He has successfully executed many orders of Heat-Exchangers & Pressure Vessels in last 21 years.
