In the year 1975 – built its own factory at Badli Industrial Estate, Delhi. It was one of the leading manufacturers of Textile bobbins, accessories, machinery parts etc. in Engineering plastics e.g. Nylon, ABS, P.P., Acetal co-polymers, UHMW HDPE etc.

In the year 1981 – started manufacturing of HDPE pipes and fittings. It was first in North India, to develop HDPE sprinkler system for agriculture & soon covered entire North India. brand became a household name in villages of North India.
- In the year 1997 – A very big factory with state of art machinery and with most modern testing equipment was established at Bhiwadi & Jaipur to manufacture HDPE pipes.
