Inception in the year 2003, Janani Enterprises, Coimbatore is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide array of industrial FRP (Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic) Cooling Towers, Industrial Heat Exchanges (with bundle of copper tubes), Dry Cooling Towers, Weathers Proof Chillers, Heat Exchanges, Cooling Tower Spares and Wooden & RCC Cooling Towers. These are widely used in the oil Refineries, Distilleries and Breweries Plants, and Fertilizer Plant, Cement Plant, and Engineering Industry. Our Cooling Towers are ranging from 10TR to 1000TR including FRP, Wooden, Dry, Fan Less and Fill Less Cooling Towers.
We are involved in Designing Chillers ranging from 1TR to 750TR. We are also Specialized in Design of(Glycol Chilling Plants and Brine Chilling Plants) Further, we are undertaking the projects of Centralized AC, Humidification Plants, Ventilation and Refrigeration. Our well-equipped research facilities enable us in developing the Cooling Towers confirming to the international standards of quality Furthermore, our logistic support helps us in exporting our Cooling Towers to the markets located in the parts of Dubai, South Africa, Tanzania, and Srilanka
We also technologically upgrade our production process and plan to reduce evaporation loss of water by 60% from the present situation Last but not the least we have acquired a great signification in the market of India. The temperatures can even be brought down up-to (-) 40c. Our FacilityWe have a spacious production unit which is spread in an area of 3000 sq. ft at Ganapathy, Coimbatore and at Chennai Porur. Our infrastructural set up includes sophisticated machines which are highly efficient and can manufacture products according to the required technical specifications. We constantly invest in the technological upgradation to remain abreast of latest market trends. We have installed machines like lathe, milling, shaping, moulding, grinding, drilling, cutting, welding and casting.
All our products are manufactured with the coordination of 4 basic departments like Procurement, Manufacturing, Storage and Packaging so that the most desired product can be provided a concrete shape. We have also installed various safety devices for safeguarding the life of our workforce working in our manufacturing unit. Various fire alarms are fitted within the unit to prevent any mishap.

Team
We have a team of 16 professionals who are competent in their job & have complete product & market knowledge. Our experienced technical designers prepare a rough draft and after its approval by all the technocrats & engineers production process starts.
Each and every minutest detail is taken into consideration while preparing the design. They are well versed with each aspect of technical designing and work on improvisation of the overall production. Our team coordinates all the members so that the best can be delivered in absolute terms. With the assistance of our workers we have successfully attained an annual turnover of INR 80 lacs. In order to enhance the skills of our team they are trained from time to time so that they become highly proficient and prevent mishaps and wastages.
