The firm incepted in 1983, by honourable & visionary Chairman & founder Mr. Mohanbhai Patel as "Heatex Engineering Co." with 05 employees & fabrication of oil & steam pipe lines.

The first self designed product "Thermic Fluid Heater" was manufactured in 1984. From 1985 to 2007 it introduced another self designed products like, "Fabric Dyeing Machine, Pollution control equipments, IBR Boilers etc. at different units. Also a good Management / firm has been certified as ISO 9001 by BVQI certification agency.

In 2009 there was the merger of all the units at one place "Palsana" named as "Heatex Industries Ltd." The first year was a glory in 'Heatex' history by achieving ever highest turnover with over 500 family members.
