Hawa Valves are manufactured in their wholly owned state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities spread across Western India. All test data is recorded by Chart Recorders and Auto-sensors which virtually eliminate human error in critical testing processes. Our valve test benches have been designed and built to ensure efficiency and maximum safety of the operator and supervising engineer – this attention to detail and safety has been appreciated by all our clients and third part inspectors who come to witness testing at our facilities.

The manufacturing process is enhanced by the use of leading ERP software to provide the greatest efficiency in scheduling and manu-facturing thus reducing lead-time.

An FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) is a floating production system that receives the fluid from the reservoir via a turret-mounted swivel, separates the fluid to oil, gas and water by production facilities, stores the crude oil in the vessel's tanks and periodically offloads the crude to shuttle tankers. FPSOs are the most widely used floating production systems for offshore oil and gas field development and currently approximately 150 FPSOs are in operation worldwide.  Petrochem & Downstream Distribution/Utilities What use would hydrocarbon production be if the same could not be processed and distributed as required?
