GTCS is headed by the Chief Consultant, Mr. Shreeganesh, a graduate in Civil Engineering from TKM Engineering College, Kerala. As a young Project Engineer with M/s Deolalikar Consultants (P) Ltd. Delhi, he proved his calibre in the field and gained experience which he could draw on. He has held many official capacities in this industry. He was the Vice Chairman of Kerala Chapter of Indian Plumbing Association. With close to nearly Twenty years of total experience , he is considered an Authority in Contract Management, Design, and Project Management. 

The Chief Consultant is ably supported in the design and administration by Mrs. Deepa Ganesh, Associate Consultant. She is also a graduate in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engg with more than sixteen years of professional experience. The team consists Design Engineers, Architects, Project Management professionals and proficient Draftsmen who make use of the state- of -the-art facilities at the Design lab to deliver to exacting standards.
