Flutec High Pressure valves are specially dersignd for applications in major industries like hydraulics, power plants, Steel Plants, Mining Industry and lot more. All this valves are used for flow of media like water, hot water, steam, oil or any other liquid. Flutec Valves has specialized in high pressure applications for ball valves with two way, three way, four way designs where they can be used for diverting of the flow also known as Diverter Valves.
In hydraulics, hydraulic flow control valve is most common requirement, where Flutec has quality product with different design like flow control valve with or without check valve or Manifold mounting flow control valves. Manifold mounting valves are designed as per ISO Standards. Our almost all Customers (OEM and users) using high pressure valves are satisfied with Flutec brand flow control valves. The design of this control valves were approved by German M.N.C. Company. Non-return Valves, Needle Valves (NRV), Shut off valve, check valve are also have huge high pressure applications.
The size range of these valves starts from 1/8” and up to 3” and still we are trying to satisfy our customers who require higher size. Material of Construction (M.O.C.) for high pressure valves is C.S., S.S., Brass etc. Flutec team tries to keep in ready stock for frequently required valves to serve faster. After a successful association over 15 years, Flutec is now an independent organization supplying the same German Technology with highest quality by testing products up to 1000 bar pressure is being continued to manufacture and is being supplied to customers in India as well as customer in abroad.
For expansion of unit, the complete Flutec Industries is shifted to Goregaon. We are also expanding our marketing and service network in Chennai, Bangalore, Calcutta, Delhi and Mumbai to improve customer support.
We are using latest quality control equipment to inspect the products from stage to stage of operations. The raw materials like CS, SS, brass and other materials are ensured to the grade required by the customer and their application. Each product is ensured for good life with perfection or suitable for the end application by quality system adopted by us. Our production process is followed such a way that we can achieve high production with quality required.
