Fantek is a reputed business entity that manufactures and exports premium range of Industrial Equipment and Air Pollution Control Equipment. Equipped with the state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, we design and develop technically advanced equipment like Axial Fans, Centrifugal Fans, High Pressure Blowers, Industrial Cyclones, Industrial Dampers, and Pulse Jet Filters. In addition, we also provide Bag Filters, Cyclone Separators, Silencers, Screw Conveyors, Acoustic Hoods, and Rotary Air Lock Valves. We have supplied more than 155 fans within the span of two years that depicts our credibility in the market. Moreover, all our operations are conducted under organized manner having maximum pressure of 1840 mm WC and a maximum flow rate of 3, 20,400 M3/Hr. The overall capacity of the fan installed as well as ongoing project is marked at12, 057 kW.
Apart from products, we also provide services that include site visit for the research and study of plant and performance evaluation of the equipment. We also carry out visit to conduct test and studies on the right product size that enhances the overall performance and making a cost effective products. As a result, our products are highly efficient and render high performance owing to which we receive consistent demand from our customers

Fantek was established in the year 2006 and since then has been involved in manufacturing and exporting air pollution control equipment and industrial fans. The company was started by a team of technocrats with the goal of turning into a global company. Our research facility with model fan testing track, swing type dynamometer and instruments for measurement of flow and pressure allows us to carry out tests on various designs of fans and cyclones for continuous improvement of our designs for efficiency, compactness, robustness and noise.
Our design department has a total of 10 legal licenses for training in ANSYS (CAE software), one commercial license of ANSYS and three licenses for preparation of 2D drawings. We have a total of five design engineers working to meet your requirements on time.
Quality Standards
Right from analyzing the raw material chemically & mechanically for composition & strength to Laser Cutting using modern CNC machines, which ensures that dimensional inaccuracies are always within tolerance limits, we enhance reliability of our product’s quality. Welding being one of the most critical aspects of manufacture, is done with utmost care and is inspected for any defects by dye penetrant and ultra sonic methods depending on design requirements. Fans are run tested for vibration, bearing temperature & aerodynamic performance (as per BS848 standards). We conduct 100% inspection of all products manufactured for quality and defects and also provide customers with our inspection report. Where needed, site testing is carried out as a record of performance.
