We cater in Oil , Natural gas , Sugar mill, Petrochemical, Power generation, Agro,  Colour industries. The company has been known for its high-end, accurate products and shorter delivery lead time. Material  Selection

Material used for the manufacturing are as per standard ASTM/DIN/BS  & as per customer needs. Major materials used are Carbon steel – ASTM a 105, Stainless steel – ASTM A 182 F316, ASTM A 182 F304, ASTM A 479 & ASTM 276. Special requirement of material for Orifice plate and Valves in MONEL, HASTALLOYS C, Titanium also available.

Gasket for Orifce plate assy and Gland seal for Valves & manifold is as per application of  of service an temperature. Otherwise we use PTFE gasket and seal for temperature more than 180° centigrade we provide Graphite asbestos & Graphoile. Above 270°centigrade temperature we use Graphite & Graphoil combine.

Stud and nut – we use A193 Gr 7 & A194  gr 2H class.  We use Stainless steel A 193 B 8M & B8.

Facilities at Factory

Fair Flow has an advanced manufacturing facility that spread across a floor area of 2500 sq. ft. for manufacturing activities and 800 sq. ft. for office & laboratory. The facility is equipped with latest machinery including CNC Turning Center.

We committed to reliability & repeatability in quality of product in manufacturing. During the manufacturing in-process inspection, Final inspection with standard gauges  and their records are maintains.

We do supplies all products with certificate conformance for material, performance – Hydro test
