Clayton Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1999 by Mr. Sanjay Goyal (Managing Director).
Ever since its inception, the company had an excellent track record because of its emphasis on quality and customer service. Clayton offers a variety of cooling tower services to its customers
1. Application sizing and layout services - Clayton engineers are trained to assist you in choosing the proper type and size of cooling tower and will guide you in its appropriate location on site. They would also help you to write the specification for its purchase Inquiry in an unbiased way.
2. Construction services - Clayton undertakes turnkey responsibility for civil construction and mechanical erection of your cooling tower, Finishing up with the final testing and commissioning of the completed tower .
3. Maintenance services - Clayton offers complete AMC for all cooling towers in your complex so that you are not the mercy of any other outside vendor for any small repair and maintenance jobs. We evaluate the condition of your cooling towers from time to time which brings peace to your mind. This allows you to foresee any major problems that may occur in your cooling tower.
4. Cooling tower Inspection Service - Inspection of existing cooling towers & providing a report on inspection, suggesting Up-gradation possibilities by our Trained and well qualified Engineers.
5. Thermal Performance Testing Service - Thermal performance testing of existing cooling towers as per CTI specifications and providing a comprehensive report including comparisons with original design conditions.
6. Performance Improvement service - Estimates for the repair or upgrading of all types of cooling towers in order to save energy, water and lifecycle cost of your existing cooling tower.
7. Reconstruction services - Due to the operating and atmospheric conditions or age the cooling tower require repairs and revamping which are above the normal maintenance and return your tower in new condition.
8. Supply of Genuine Cooling Tower spares such as Chemically Treated Pine Wood, PVC Fills, HDG Hardware, PVC Nozzles, Louvers, Marine Plywood Drive shaft, Gear Boxes, Electric Motors etc.
