Our customer-focused approach combined with a constant endeavor for top-class quality has enabled us to achieve and sustain leadership.
State-of-the-art CNC machines are used to manufacture the best in class Pipes, Ducts, Headers and Stacks to sustain highly corrosive fluids at elevated temperatures.
We have the capability to filament wind upto 4000 mm diameter. Stress Analysis and other static calculations help us to design Pipes to withstand pressures of upto 100 bar.
The GRP pipes and fittings design are qualified by TUV SUD, Institute of Plastic in Germany after rigorous long term testing and our GRE pipes design are qualified by API, American Petroleum Institute.
CPP reaches its global clients with a combination of direct selling and local Marketing offices. Our initiatives in the international market have seen our export earnings grow consistently.

As the name suggests, the WBU focuses on Water as a conveying fluid. The following industries / areas are covered :

The business unit is equipped with a large capacity Continuous Filament Winding Plant ( CFW) besides several Helical Filament Winding ( HFW) lines to manufacture piping as per ASTM , AWWA, IS, DIN and AS standard
CHEMICAL BUSINESS UNIT [CBU]
The CBU focuses on conveying highly corrosive fluids. The unit cover the following industries :
Chlor-Alkali Membrane Cell Plants
SO2 / SO3 Gas Cleaning Plants
Power Plants ( Flue Gas Desulphurization systems - FGD)
The business unit is equipped with several Helical Filament Winding ( HFW) lines to manufacture piping as per ASTM , AWWA, IS, DIN and AS standard.
We can manufacture alone FRP as well as Thermoplastic lined FRP piping . For eg : PVC-FRP , CPVC-FRP, PP-FRP , PVDF-FRP , FEP-FRP etc.
OIL & GAS BUSINESS UNIT (OGBU)
The O&GBU is formed to focus on the Oil and Gas Industry. The following areas / services are covered by this unit :
Produced Water
Potable Water
Sea Water
Fire Water
The business unit is equipped with several Helical Filament Winding ( HFW) lines to manufacture piping as per API , ASTM , AWWA, IS, DIN and AS standard.
We can manufacture Glass Reinforced Epoxy ( GRE) piping as well as GRP piping in this business unit. A highly precise Calibration machine is used to manufacture pipes with grooves for the spigot potion. This unit also has an oven to cure Epoxy piping at elevated temperatures
