We are basically a construction company started in the year 1987 in the name of “BUILTEC ENGINEERS AND BUILDERS”. Nearly after two decades of experience in the construction field, in the year 2004 we had diversified our activity in to the field of project management consultancy services to provide better solutions to the industry. Our experience as contractors helped us in giving better solutions and we bagged two big projects for project management consultancy service, one a 400 residential complex and the other a 1.1 million sqft of it park for M/S. CITILIGHTS PROPERTIES.
Under the consultancy service we handled the preparation of the tender documents, identifying contractors, awarding the contract, managing the project for quality and timely completion by deputing engineers till the completion of the project and certifying the contractors bills. We are leading service provider in Asia and UAE.
