Our pressure vessels are marketed under the brand name or BHAGWATI Pressure vessels. Vessels manufactured by us have a inner shell of P.E. and outer shell is filament wounded using epoxy resin. All our vessels are tested upto at 11 pressure. We have installed most advanced filament winding machine. Rotomoulding machine and pressure testing equipments to insure quality product. We have a separate R & D department. for testing of raw material of and development of different products.
• Our Company
Was established in 1998 as a manufacturer of various fibreglass reinforced plastic(FRP) products used for roofing, automobile body and chemical industry. In the year 2011 we have set up a separate unit for manufacturing PE/FRP composite pressure vessel used in water purification system. The founder of this company has an experience of 45 yrs in fibreglass industry and is one of the leading manufacturer in FRP industry in western India.

Bhagwati Fibrotech is a market leader in the field of Fibre glass composite moulded products (FRP/ GRP/ CFRP).
The Company came into existence in 2001 at Surat. The Company now operates with a workforce of over 50 men and 7 to 9 contrctor. We are one of the top fiberglass manufacturing company in the country.
We have been supplying quality fiberglass products to reputed companies in western India. In early days, our products gained the name & fame specially for FRP Body Building on Automobiles and now we have diversified for design and supply of various chemical process equipments such as chemical and water treatment plants, fume extraction systems, sewage treatment plant etc.,
As a quality driven attitude we have equipped our factory with various process like Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), filament winding, vacuum forming.
We can design & Manufacture any item in FRP as per our customers specification.
Research & Development Department is actively engaged in new development, quality control department ensures that the products are of zero defect. All the key personnel in R & D department including the MD have got very long technical experience and always keep abreast with latest development from the field.
Application / Use
To suck out and expel hot and humid air inside building induce fresh and cool air. Air ventilator works on simple principle of wind assisted rotation and stack effect.
Material of construction
Bright aluminum double curved aerodynamic Vanes with stainless steel rods, shaft, SKF. ZZ bearing and S.S. plates. For maximum weather durability, maximum wind driven Efficiency and rain spill deflection vanes design prevents water entering inside - friction free floating effect mounted on FRP base of required corrugation.

Different sizes of air turbo ventilator ranging from 16" to 34" are available No. of ventilator and size are recommended after considering site condition and area. S.S. rod on four sides stabilizes the central shaft to ensure equal weight distribution and reduces stress on fastening joints.
Throat adaptor and base flange are made up of fibre glass reinforced Plastic (FRP) which is strength tested to ensure structural integrity
