Gradually the company started adding a host of Micro Irrigation Products to its ever increasing product offerings to target specific market segments.  In a parallel move, the company sought out and joined hands with leaders in irrigation technology worldwide to stay abreast of the technological advances being made and in an conscious effort to bring the best technology to India for the benefit of the agricultural community.  HARVEL reached a major milestone in its voyage for technical excellence and product innovation when it signed a joint venture agreement with Sistema AZUD – Spain, a multinational conglomerate, in 2006 and set up a modern Micro Irrigation manufacturing facility in India.   The joining of hands with AZUD enabled HARVEL to tap AZUD’s specialized technical knowhow in the field of irrigation, filtration systems and intensive agriculture and offer the advantage of the same to the farming and industrial sectors in India.

In the intervening years HARVEL also created a name for itself in the urban Irrigation landscape with its more than a decade long successful association with global irrigation products/systems manufacturers like Rain Bird International – USA and Gardena Germany.  With these associations, HARVEL group is presently the only company in the country which offers customized solutions with all the globalized advancements, in all the four segments of the irrigation business, viz; Golf, Turf, Agriculture (including Protected Cultivation) and Home & Garden Irrigation.  HARVEL’s consolidated structure enables each business to draw its own future and simultaneously leverage synergies across the group’s competencies

The company’s future plans include, among a host of other initiatives, a forward and backward integration in the field of agriculture by offering Agronomical services and turnkey solutions for intensive and protected cultivation.
