Promoted initially as a partnership firm in 1975 by a group of ambitious engineers, from mechanical and chemical engineering fields, the firm specialized in manufacturing capital equipments for pharmaceutical, chemical and food processing industries in the early days. It became a proprietary firm in 1984 under the able stewardship of one of the founders, Mr. K.S. Subramanian, a mechanical engineer. Since then, the firm has focused and become a leader in the manufacture and supply of filtration equipments and sludge handling equipments.

The company’s manufacturing base is located in its own premises at Avadi, Chennai with capacity of handling upto 3 ton jobs at a time. The main product lines include filter presses, skid mounted filtration systems and skid mounted tube settlers. The equipments can be customized to meet end client requirements for batch frequency, special surface coatings to suit extreme pH, temperature environments etc. The registered office is located at Anna Salai, Chennai. The firm is registered as a small scale industry under the MSME act. It also holds valid registrations under TNGST, CST, IEC acts.

The company has more than five hundred unique clients spread all across the country. Machinery has also been supplied to various countries like Singapore, Jordan, Israel, Indonesia, Srilanka, Zambia, Nigeria etc. Our firm also provides services like pilot testing and annual maintenance for machines supplied by us. By providing appropriate documentation, specifications, drawings and good quality assurance on products, the firm has been able to build a vast client base in the engineering field and consulting fields

Pilot Testing

We offer pilot testing services at our premises or at client premises to test suitability of pressure filtration for a nominal charge. About 20 to 35 litres of solution is filtered and test/ euipment sizing reports are given.

Industrial / Long term site testing

For industrial testing, we provide euipments on rental basis for period of 1 to 3 months on contract basis. This is very useful, when industries are streamlining their process and want to confirm scalability of operations at mass prodution levels

Annual Maintenance

We also provide customised AMC services for clients who have procured filtration systems from us. Discounts are offered when multiple units have to be checked at the same site
