REVY Environmental is an environmental biotechnology firm developing specialized bio-cultures and compounds to improve the efficiency, efficacy and environmental impact of waste management and water treatment. Founded by one of India’s preeminent environmental biotechnologists, the firm builds on Dr. Vanita Prasad’s 25+ years’ work with Academia and Industry developing treatability studies and formulating effective bio-cultures for complex effluent treatment for dairy, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, paper mills, dye / dye intermediates, distilleries and petrochemicals industries. The company has developed bio-cultures to enhance the bio-methanation process of Biogas plants.
REVY is a recognized Start-up under Start-up India mandate of DIPP and its R&D and Productization activities are currently being funded by BIRAC, a section 8 company set by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India.
During the short journey of 4 years, REVY has been conferred many Awards and accolades at Local, National and International Levels including India- Israel Innovation Challenge 2017 and Swachh Bharat Grand Program 2018.
