Curing Oven
Curing Oven is used for curing applications of various material like, Painted components, Semi-conductor, Chemicals, Food, Pharma, Automobile ancillaries etc.System consists of a rectangular chamber, open at one end or both ends with Doors. The chamber is of triple wall and the space between the walls is insulated with glass wool to prevent thermal loss.Heating Process: In the heating process, the components will kept or pass through a heat zone in the chamber with a temp. as required for a period of time.Heating System: The chamber is heated by means of an Electrical / Diesel / Gas Firing. The uniformity is maintained by means of a fan blower on top / side of the chamber.Temperature Control: Temperature control: Digital with thermocouple or RTDTemperature: 80 to 200 ºCConstruction: S.S./M.S. Triple wall, Double DoorController: Digital / PID / Programmable.Air circulation; BlowerInsulation: Glass Wool – 100 / 125 mmHeating Energy: Electrical (Diesel / Gas fired – Optional at extra cost)
