Crucible / Fusion Furnace 1200/1400 ºc
Double walled chamber rectangular in shape, outer made of cold rolled mile steel sheets and finished in powder coating. Inner formed by high temperature withstanding Zirconia vacuum board capable of with standing temperature up to 1450 ºC. the door is opened on top side.The inner chamber will be provided with silicon carbide plates in all the sides. Insulation with high-density ceramic fibre mates. Heating elements are Silicon Carbide Rods provided with M type clamps at both ends and inter connected with the aid of aluminum – braided wires. Door will be top opening type for easy loading and unloading of crucibles/samples. Temperature indicated and controlled by Digital programmable PID Controller. Supplied complete with control panel.
