High Heat Load Shedding Chamber
Double walled chamber, inner chamber is made of thick Stainless steel and outer chamber is made of cold rolled steel sheets with powder coat finish. High-class insulation with ‘UUF’ is provided between the two walls to minimize the sweating in humid condition and loss in cooling. The chamber will be mounted on wheels.
Evaporating coils are fixed in the backside of the inner chamber. Double walled door with magnetic gasket for perfect sealing and heavy duty latching arrangement. Non CFC Refrigerant system consists of a special semi-hermitically sealed high load shedding Kirloskar Copeland compressor with cascade system arrangement, air cooled condenser, motor fan are provided at the bottom.
Temperature control is done by a Digital PID Controller with RTD sensor.
Control panel with built in Digital PID Temp. Controller cum Indicator, Timer, Power indicators, switches etc., provided.
Working Chamber size: according to user requirements.
Temp. Range: -40 °C to -100 °C.
