Autoclave Deluxe
The automatic enclosed type vertical autoclave is constructed from Stainless Steel 316 with mirror polish surface finish. All SS welding will be done by Argon TIG welding process. The SS chamber will be insulated with good quality insulation. The SS chamber along with thermal insulation will be installed in another MS cabinet. The cabinet will be mounted on high quality rollers.
The heating of the autoclave will be by immersion heaters placed at the bottom side of the chamber.
The lid will be doomed type with mirror finish SS with wing nut locking system. The material of Gasket between the lid and chamber will be of Silicon rubber.
The system will be provided with stainless steel perforated Gasket between the led and chamber will be of Silicon rubber.
The system will be provided with stainless steel perforated basket to be placed inside the autoclave. The cabinet will have a dashboard type panel. The panel will house the pressure gauge, PID controller, pressure switch, level indicating switch, timer, thermal switch, ammeter, voltmeter, MCB, indicator lamps etc.
Power supply : 230 volts AC, 50 Hz. Application: Most suitable for clean room, Micro-biology, Bio-technology and sterile areas.
