The facility is equipped with state of art equipment and machinery to handle all type of stainless steel fabrications which includes hygiene storage tanks, purified water / water for injection skids, process tanks, CIP skids and other pharmaceuticals / personal care / food & beverages machinery to be added in the range.

We have well equipped team for site fabrication with the details of some machines and tools as mentioned below:

• Closed Head Orbital welding machine which can weld from 6mm to 115mm pipes with thickness upto 4mm of Orbitalum make.

Design and Engineering

We have a team of Engineers who are well conversant with the technicalities involved in the design of equipment. Also they follow ISPE / ASMEBPE guidelines for design of storage vessels, skids & distribution loops (PW/WFI/PS). To support them we have trained draughtsman to make drawings, single line and as built using 2D & 3D softwares.

Project Management

Project Managament highlights:

• We have qualified engineers for Procurement of Components as per the technical specifications committed by the Sales Department.
• Co-ordinating with works and vendors for timely deliveries
• Regular quality checks with respect to raw material as per the Q.A. plan.
