Test Stand
The test stand is capable of testing at various speeds and pressures and has a capacity of 150 HP. The test stand allows us to match conditions on your machine and its filters keep the fluid in the test extremely clean so your system is not contaminated. Can test almost any pump configuration and helps us provide you a unit rebuilt to the highest possible efficiency.
Spray Wash
removes all surface contamination and old paint to give us the best part fit. The unit looks like new after it is assembled and painted.
Recycling Wash
helps clean parts that can’t go through the caustic wash tank, allows us to detail various pump and motor components and is necessary to clean lapping compound of lapped parts. The recycling wash tanks keep the fluid cleaner than conventional tanks so we have less contamination in a newly rebuilt unit.

Parts Lapping is an important part of our service process. Done with a surface mixture of abrasive particles and oil, it corrects minor surface imperfections to provide a close fit for mating parts. 
Cleaning parts after the lapping process to ensure the best fit is another key component of Magna Energy’s work. We use safety Recycling Part Washers giving us clean washing fluids and exceptional results. 
The Magna Energy’s servicing of various Equipments like: High pressure Pump, Diesel Engine etc is of the high standards. It allows us to thoroughly test each pumps or motor and ensures the best quality result. We use a 150 HP Test Stand that was custom built to Magna Energy’s specific requirements.

   AMF Panel 
the Automatic Mains Failure panel has wide range of features with generator start, stop, monitoring and protection facilities. The programmable embedded module in this panel monitors availability of power from Electricity Board and in case of any failure it automatically starts the DG and shifts the load on DG, after shifting the load it continuously monitors the healthiness of it. In case of any fault in DG it trips and then the DG indicates via LED/LCD, and any alarm can be extended through its potential free contacts. It continuously monitors the status of Mains supply if it returns, then it shifts the load on Mains with proper recoil time for DG. The panel provides a comprehensive set of timers and functions and metering facility to monitor voltage/current/frequency and battery voltage of DG.
