Each Project is developed to specific customer needs. The information available may range from detailed process data to the need for exploration of new process frontiers. In each case, we initiate cooperative planning with your process development engineers to assure that all the necessary versatility is incorporated in the system so that you can orchestrate your research at will.
Project development will normally follow this outline:
1) The system feasibility analysis is carried out to resolve the specific process requirements.
2) Preliminary Drawings and Cost estimates are developed. We deliver a specific and detailed proposal supported by Process, Engineering Design, Manufacturing and Financial data. This document is designed by the management committee for customers.
3) Detailed Process design calculations for the system are made. This is done by a design team which includes chemical and mechanical engineers with experience in chemical processes, mechanical equipments, instrumentation and manufacturing techniques. We can handle the complete project or if required our equipment system can be integrated with the rest of your plant design.
4) Piping and Instrumentation Drawings are prepared and reviewed with your development group. Confirmation of all processes and project requirements is made at this point.
5) Equipment and Instrumentation selection is made. Design, capacities and limits of all components are established and reviewed with our customers. We use commercially available components and instrumentation to hold initial costs in line and simplify maintenance and repair.
6) Final assembly drawings are completed and thoroughly reviewed with the customer. Major attention is given to safety and operational convenience and control. Ease of accessibility is designed for, and verified at this stage.
7) All manufacturing and assembly is done in house, approximately 6000 sq.ft are devoted to engineering, design, sales, data processing, and general offices. The Fabrication department meets the requirement of the ASME pressure vessel code. Shielded Metal arc, gas metal arc and submerged arc welding techniques are used. Critical components to the successful operation of the system are manufactured in our well equipped machine shop which includes laths, radial drills, milling machines and support equipments. We have the facilities and skilled personnel to carry projects through to completion. Projects move in an orderly way, on predetermined and computer monitored manufacturing schedules, with complete quality control procedures and final pre-shipment checkout.
8) Lastly the installation and commissioning work of your plant are completed
