Falls Industries In-Corporation is a registered partnership firm and is exclusively specialized in designing & manufacturing of Heat Exchangers. With sincere efforts and tremendous confidence, our operation started in July, 1965 and in a short span of period the Company secured plenty of valuable orders from Oil India Assam, FCI Mumbai, DLW Varanasi, Wesman Calcutta, Nirlon Synthetics Mumbai, Lubrizol Mumbai etc. for large size Heat Exchangers which involved third party inspections of their Collaborators/Italab Engineering/ Lloyds Register etc. 

 

Thus built up with a strong foundation the Company kept with changing needs of industries by developing Standard Models to meet with the exacting demands for various applications like - Oil Coolers, Water to Water, After Coolers, Inter Coolers, Air Blast Coolers, Steam-Air Heaters, Condensers etc. Ofcourse, custom - designed Heat Exchangers are still fabricated.

 

The work culture of the Company - No compromise in quality at any time - impressed upon a number of OEMs engaged in manufacturing various machineries like Furnaces, Boilers, D. G. Sets, Transformers, Compressors, Hydraulic Power Packs who standardised Falls Heat Exchangers on thdeir Branded Equipments with their full satisfaction. Their huge demand drove the Company in mass production that has led to installations over 30,000 units throughout the Country.

 

The Manufacturing Facility of the Company having a area of 10,000 sq. ft. is situated in MIDC at Andheri which is a notified industrial area of the City. The Production facility includes well-equipped Fabrication shop, Machine shop and Assembly-testing shop and is backed by dedicated team of staff and workers. The Company has highly qualified and experienced engineers in the field of production. The entire production-right from selection of raw materials to despatch of finished product-goes through a stringent quality control by personnels having more than 25 years of experience in the Company ensuring every Falls Heat Exchanger to meet precisely with QAP and Technical Specifications of the Code, thereby upholding standard of excellence. Besides the performance, workmanship and finishing of the Product has also been widely appreciated by every esteemed organisation

The thermal designs are checked by the Partners personally with due responsibility and cent percent guarantee. Backed by wealth of experience, selection of a Falls Model is also verified through software on computers. The mechanical designs of all the Models have been proven since years. Provided with a wide margin of safety and fouling, Falls Models call for least maintenance. External Floating Heat type consruction is a unique feature of Falls Heat Exchangers.

 

The Standardization has enabled the Company to meet with targetted quick deliveries at competitive prices. As an After Sales Service, regular checks are maintained by the Marketing Executives with the Users, for product improvement, if any.
