Amarwood Industries Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad is the pioneer in manufacture of Stainless Steel Containers (304/316 grade). We manufacture containers from sizes 500 to 5000 litres using Seam Welding Technology which incorporates fusion of two metals without the use of any foreign filler material thus ensuring rust proof welding for lifetime.
Unlike plastic tanks where the bottom surface is flat and very difficult to clean, as there is no drain out for the water to be flushed out, these SS containers are provided with a dish shaped Bottom.
This unique dish shaped design provided at the bottom ensures that the water is never stagnant and all the sedimentary particles in water settle down at the bottom by gravity, thus ensuring that the SS containers can be cleaned daily with ease just by opening a tap/valve which can be provided at the bottom (for complete DRAIN out purpose). This minimizes water borne diseases which is the main cause of worry in plastic tanks where water is predominantly stagnant (due to the flat bottom) and fungus/bacteria prone.
These containers are microbiologically 100% safe as they are made from food grade material SS 304/316

Why water and its safe storage are important?
Every living thing consists of water. The human body consists of 65% water. If the body loses more than 20% of its normal water content, the person will die painfully. A human being must take in a minimum of 4 litres of potable quality of water per day in order to carry on the life process. Whatever the nutrients (food substances) a person takes in, it is the water that dissolves them and carries them to all parts of organism, which through bio chemical reactions are converted to energy.
The 1981 report of World Health Organization, Geneva reports "Water collected for domestic use often becomes recontaminated or further contaminated by unsafe consumer storage and handling practices at the household level and is at the high risk by various pathogenic viruses, bacteria and parasites causing infectious diseases."
Therefore household safe storage can lead to dramatic improvements in drinking water quality and reduction in diarrheal disease. Assurance of drinking-water safety is a foundation for the prevention and control of waterborne diseases.
Water can affect people's health via food preparation, direct human use for drinking or for hygiene.

The connecting pipes can be directly fitted to the checknuts available at four locations (as shown in Fig above)

2. Overflow (In case the container is full, the liquid shall overflow from this location)
3. Drain (For Maintenance & Cleaning purpose)
4. Outlet (For Distribution purpose)
